RULES

FIFA rules will apply, with the following amendments:

  1. Individual players who have not yet been allocated to a team, should report to the tournament organisers at the playing fields at 9:00 h on Friday.
  2. On Friday and Saturday, the team captains should report to the tournament organisers at least 45 minutes before their first games, and on Friday fill out a team sheet. This team sheet applies for the whole tournament. If any players have by this time not yet managed to collect their EuroGames identity card, their team captain should inform the tournament organisers of this. So long as these players are correctly registered, they will be allowed to play. They should collect their identity cards sometime during the day in the Rainbow Village in the Olympic Park.
  3. The identity of all players will be checked by the referee by virtue of each players tournament identity card and the team sheet.
  4. Unlimited substitution is possible. A player who has been substituted may play again in the same match.
  5. Shin guards are compulsory! A player without shin guards will not be allowed to play!
  6. If the team shirts are of the same colour, the first-named team must change the shirts.
  7. There will be no lines people apart from for the finals. Please accept the referees decisions without discussion.
  8. The referees decisions are final! If a referee very clearly breaches the rules, the refereeing committee may be called into play. The refereeing committee consists of 3 people (chairman: Michael Zanner)
  9. The length of a ban after a red card will be decided by the refereeing committee. Insulting of referees or players, deliberate dangerous play, or violence can result in a tournament ban!
  10. If a team does not appear on time for its match (within 10 minutes of official starting time), the late team will be deemed to have lost the game. The opposing team gets 3 points.
