RULES

Following the "general look" for all couples, a selection round will be performed. The judges will check the dancing level of the couples and if needed the judges will up or downgrade the couples.

The first and second rounds and the semifinals (hidden valuation) as well as the finals (open valuation) will follow.

Women and men will dance separately and will be evaluated in the same way.

10 DANCES VALUATION

For the first time, the EuroGames dance tournament will include an official valuation for all-round couples including a medal ceremony for the best three female and the best three male couples. All couples who are competing both in ballroom and in latin in the same constellation will be listed in an overall calculation. To find out the best versatile dancers, the rankings of the ballroom competition and the latin competition will be added. The winning couple of an A level ballroom or latin will receive the place number 1, the couple who was placed 2nd will receive number 2 and so on. The couple with the lowest summed up place number will be awarded the first gold medal for allround dancers in the history of the EuroGames.

The rules for same-sex couple dancing by the EGLSF Technical Commission on Dancing apply for this tournament.

WHEELCHAIR DANCE

For the wheelchair dancers we offer duo and combi dance. The couple's gender is unimportant. Further information on the tempo can be found at www.rollstuhltanzsport.de, at the "Überblick" - "Wertungskriterien".
