METHOD OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

All payments to EuroGames Munich e.V. are to be made in Euros. All prices indicated are valid in Euro.

The easiest, safest and most cost effective terms of payment within the European Union (incl. Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland) is by bank transfer. Inside Germany, you can also pay by direct debit. In addition, payments can be made via credit card (VISA & Mastercard).

Methods of payment

Payment via bank transfer
Should you wish to pay your attendance fee via bank transfer, you will receive a payment request together with your confirmation of registration, which has to be paid within 30 days. Once the money is received, you will be sent a confirmation that your registration is active. If you do not settle the amount in time, your registration expires.

For bank transfers from outside Germany, please indicate the SWIFT-Code of the Stadtsparkasse (SSKM DE MM) or the IBAN-number (DE 637 015 00 00 00 00 388587), in order for the payments to be booked correctly.

Conditions for foreign bank transfers
The costs incurred for foreign bank transfers, are to be borne by the account holder.

Direct debit entries
For the direct debit (only within Germany), we deduct the money from your account, once we have sent you the registration confirmation. As soon as the money is credited on our accounts, you will be sent a confirmation that your registration is active.

Credit card
Should you prefer to pay via credit card (VISA & Mastercard), we will debit your account once we have sent you the registration confirmation. With this form of payment, your registration is active immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your registration is possible up to 31.03.2004. For this we will charge a processing fee of 20 Euro. Up to 31.05. 2004 we will refund only 50 percent of the participation fee. From 01.06.2004 until 30.06.2004 refunds of costs will as a general rule no longer be made, unless you can provide a medical certificate.

Should you have to cancel a confirmed hotel reservation, the following charges will be due:

• 25 Euro per room up to 31^st December 2003
• 50 Euro per room from 1^st January to 31^st May 2004
• 50% of the total amount from 1^st to 30^th June 2004
• 80% of the total amount from 1^st July 2004 onwards
